Pasta Recipes
Just about every cuisine in the world uses
pasta. In the United
States, when we hear "pasta" we automatically think Italian with a red
sauce. And those are unbelievable! But, there is alot more
to pasta. Asian cuisine gives us potstickers, wontons, and all
sorts of rice noodle dishes. Middle Eastern and North African
cuisines give us couscous (yes, it's a pasta dish). German
cuisine gives us spaetzle. Jewish cuisine gives us
kreplach. Polish and Slavic cuisines give us pierogi. And
on and on... The point is that pastas can give us a wide range of
options which we will explore some of in this section.
