This is what we know you came for... the recipes!  Below you will find recipes divided by course.  Just please keep in mind that recipes are not so much blueprints, but more of an outline or a starting point.  Unlike baking, cooking doesn't usually rely on exact measurements.  You could give five cooks the same recipe and you would get five very different dishes even though they used the exact same ingredients.

Feel free to subtract or add to the recipe as you see fit and make the recipe your own.  Experiment.  If you like ginger or garlic, add a little more than the recipe suggests.  Or don't put as much, or substitute something you think might make it even better.  Don't be afraid to mix it up.  It's how chefs and even home cooks come up with recipes to begin with, and there is no reason in the world why you couldn't do the same at home.
